Gas Heat
Modular gas trains are used to control gas to the burner. This unit reduces the space required for the gas train. We use Dungs modular gas trains and illuminated high and low gas pressure switches. The double blocking valves with valve proof of closure safety switch satisfy the strictest regulations.
Steam Heat
Constructed of UNS 12200 seamless copper, our coils are of the single tube type and are rated to withstand 150 PSI of steam at 366 Fº. The fin construction provides uniform support for all coil tubes.
Electric Heat
Electrically heated machines are available upon request. Please contact a factory representative for more information.
Stainless Steel Construction
Leonard Automatics’ signature in the industry is our stainless steel construction. All of our finishers feature stainless steel wall panels inside and out. Add to that the stainless interior ceiling and floor and we have wrapped the unit in stainless steel. In addition, the walls and ceiling include high-density insulation to hold the heat inside the tunnel. Our frame design uses a formed base supported with three U-channel ribs welded to a framework made from tubular steel, iron and precision laser cut steel plate. This precision has made the manufacturing process more efficient and highly accurate.
Logic Controls
Leonard Automatics is proud to feature the PLC Interface Control Center on the ProFinisher® Series finishing tunnels. Standard on the Gas burning models, the system is controlled through a touch screen interface with easy to navigate menus. Simple to understand, it provides important information including machine operation, troubleshooting, run-time history, maintenance schedules and data logs.

Whatever it is that you finish, Leonard Automatics can provide the form to fit your need. Whether you are processing sweaters, knit shirts or seamless garments, forms can be made to meet your individual specifications. And, our optional automated form release system is available to assist in the process of changing out the forms and to reduce repetitive motion.
