General Description
The STP-1000 is the updated version of the successful automatic folding machine STP-950, which was globally marketed in the past years. To the new STP-1000, our company has installed state-of-the-art pneumatic, electrical and electronic systems aiming at the even higher quality of its construction and ergonomics.
The automatic folding machine STP-1000 folds ready-made clothes quickly, silently and with precision. It requires just one operator and it is designed to perfectly fold t-shirts. It can be easily adjusted to fold various types and sizes of clothes, within the permissible limits.
The maximum production capacity is 5500 garments per 8 hours.
The machine is offered either as a autonomous unit or as part of a folding and bagging machines set. The machines set consists of:
• STP-1000 automatic folding machine
• PV-40 (PV-38 old model) automatic bagging machine
• KL-60 (KL-55 old model) automatic sealing machine
All machines are offered and operate as autonomous units or as a full station. The structure of a full station of machines (STP1000-PV38-KL55) in 3 independent units aims at a more favorable purchase option according to the customer's needs.
The automatic folding machine STP-1000 has a folding capacity of 5,500 garments per 8 hours (the measurement was carried out at our site) and folding is achieved via 5 basic programs. The machine's output capacity depends largely on the operator's swiftness, the machine's program selection and the type of garment.
STP-1000 PROGRAMS
Automatic 1 folding of a ready-made garment.
With this program the machine folds garments in the middle. The machine measures the length of the garment and automatically folds it in the middle. The maximum length of the garment that can be folded by the machine is 100cm.
Single folding to desired length
Folds clothes to the desired length with 1 folding. The machine measures the length of the garment and attempts to reach the desired length we selected in cm on the touch screen. The only limitation of this program is that the desired end length of the folding cannot be smaller than one half of the length of the garment we placed in the machine.
Automatic double folding of the ready-made garment.
Folds the garment to the desired length with 2 foldings. The machine measures the length of the garment and attempts to reach the desired length we selected in cm on the touch screen. The only limitation of this program is that the desired end length of the folding cannot be shorter than ¼ of the length of the garment we placed in the machine.
Double folding to desired length
Folds trousers to the desired length with one or two foldings. The machine measures the length of the trousers and attempts to reach the desired length we selected in cm on the touch screen. The only limitation of this program is that the desired end length of the folding cannot be shorter than ¼ the length of the trousers.

The width of the final folding of the garment in STP-1000 may be between min.18cm - max. 32cm
The STP-1000 can be combined with the bagging machine PV-40 and the sealing machine KL-55 in order to create a complete line of production, thus giving a comparative advantage, coming on top in terms of speed and standardization of the bagging and having as an ultimate advantage the reduction of labor cost as in full operation the line requires only one operator.
